If characters are garbled after extracting received files

At Kozutumi, we ask you to download files as Unicode-ZIP to prevent garbled characters when downloading from Mac and Windows. However, we have confirmed that if you are using an older type of ZIP decompression software that does not support Unicode-ZIP, garbled characters may appear.

The standard ZIP function of each OS already supports Unicode-ZIP, so please use it.

If you are using Windows OS

Official Microsoft information suggests the following method to resolve the garbled characters issue:

Follow the instructions to unzip the file.

If you are using MacOS

If not resolved

When extracting with Lhaplus, garbled characters may appear . Extracting with Lhaplus is not recommended, so please extract using the standard extraction tool installed on Windows or Mac.
