Steps for existing Kozutumi users when invited to an organization account
If you are already using Kozutumi and have been invited to join a Kozutumi organization for corporate use, the following steps are required.

1. Log in to Kozutumi with your existing account → Account Settings → Profile → Delete your existing account by clicking the "Delete" button at the bottom
2. Click the [Create a Kozutumi account] link in the invitation email and follow the instructions to recreate your account.
By following these steps, you will be able to create your own Kozutumi account under the management of a company account.
The reason you need to delete your account is because your previous communications may contain information that is not related to your company, and this information will be visible to your company's admin users for auditing purposes.
