How do I upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan?
You can instantly upgrade your Organization Management feature plan from the free plan to a paid plan.
Manage your payment methods
The plan name displayed in the Plan section of the Organization Management function is the plan you are currently subscribed to.
(Example: Free plan (up to 5 users, 100MB monthly sending volume))
If you want to upgrade to a paid plan, select "Upgrade plan".
What payment methods are available? Can I pay by credit card or invoice?
Credit cards can be used to pay for any plan. If you would like to pay by invoice, please contact us via " Introductory Consultation ".
I would like to change my plan in the middle of the month. What is the procedure?
If you wish to upgrade your plan, select the plan from the organization management and pay the difference between the current plan and the new plan. If you wish to downgrade your plan, the new plan will be applied as soon as the paid period is completed.
I want to cancel my contract. How do I cancel? Can I get a refund?
Your current contract will remain in effect until the end of the billing period for which you have paid. Cancellation or refunds during the usage period are not available.
If you wish to downgrade to a free plan, please change to a free plan from "Change plan" in organization management .
Can I just upgrade myself and not everyone in my organization?
Unfortunately, no. To upgrade an account created with an email address under an organization, you will need to upgrade the plan that your organization is using.
If your payment is late or not confirmed
If the user is late in paying the service fee, the user shall pay the Company late payment damages at a rate of 14.6% per annum. See: Terms of Use, Article 6 (Fees and Payment Methods) https://app.kozutumi.com/tos
