Organization management features

Kozutumi lets you designate administrators within an organization so they can invite and manage users.
This is called the Organization Management feature.

What Administrators Can Do

  • Account Management
    Users can sign in with a Google account or Microsoft 365 account. Administrators can add or delete accounts.
  • Audit Capability
    Administrators can audit all sent and received items. They can see who sent files to whom and when.

  • Force-Cancel Transmission
    Administrators can forcibly cancel a file that a general user is currently sending.
