# Organization management features

Kozutumi lets you designate administrators within an organization so they can invite and manage users.  
This is called the Organization Management feature.

### **What Administrators Can Do**

- **Account Management**  
  Users can sign in with a Google account or Microsoft 365 account. Administrators can add or delete accounts.
- **Audit Capability**  
  Administrators can audit all sent and received items. They can see who sent files to whom and when.
- **Force-Cancel Transmission**  
  Administrators can forcibly cancel a file that a general user is currently sending.
