How to use organization management: Using the audit feature
This help explains the auditing features available in Kozutumi's organization function.
What is the audit function?
This function allows only administrator account holders to check the records of messages sent and received by users under their organization.
How to use the audit feature
- Log in with an administrator account
- Select the "Audit BOX" button on the bottom left
- The audit screen appears.
- In the search box at the top left, enter any of the following information related to the data you want to check:
- title
- Main text
- File name
- From (name, email address)
- Recipient (name, email address)
- Select the relevant data from the search results
- The transmitted and received data is displayed.
