We are pleased to announce the addition of a new “Bulk Send” feature, which allows you to send files to multiple recipients at once without sharing recipient information.
Background of the “Bulk Send” Feature
Kozutumi has been designed to make it easy for recipients to understand who else within their organization can receive the file. By making recipient information visible, Kozutumi enables efficient workflows—files only need to be downloaded once by any one of the recipients to proceed with internal work.
On the other hand, we have received requests for use cases such as distributing materials to seminar or event participants, where users want to send files to multiple recipients at once without disclosing recipient information to each other.
About the Bulk Send Feature
The newly introduced Bulk Send feature allows you to send files to multiple recipients at once while keeping recipient information private.
You can access the Bulk Send feature from the three-vertical-dots icon in the interface.
With this enhancement, Kozutumi can now be used more flexibly across a wider range of scenarios, including event material distribution and external mass file sharing, while still respecting recipient privacy.
We will continue to improve and expand Kozutumi’s features to strike the right balance between usability and security, adapting to various use cases and operational needs.
