Thank you for your continued use of Kozutumi.
We have received feedback from customers considering Kozutumi, expressing a desire to have files checked and approved internally before sending them through the platform.
In response to this request, we are pleased to announce the addition of the ""Send Approval Feature"" for our business plans, starting from the Starter Plan and above. Please note that this feature is exclusively available for business plans of the Starter Plan tier and higher.
Enabling the Feature
To enable this feature, please navigate to ""Organization Management"" → ""Organization Information"" → ""Options"" → ""Send Approval Settings"" in your account settings for Starter Plan and above. You can toggle this feature ON/OFF as needed (default setting is OFF).
How to Request Approval
In the send confirmation screen, open ""Request Send Approval"" and select the ""Approver"". When you start typing, a list of candidates will be filtered and displayed. You can select multiple approvers, and once any one of them approves, the file will be sent.
It's possible to change the approver even after a submission has been sent for approval on the screen mentioned above.
Approver's Actions
Users who have been requested to approve will receive an approval request indicated by a green icon, as shown above (they will also receive an email notification).
The approver should review the content of the file. If there are no issues, they can press the ""Approve"" button. (If there is an error in the file or any reason to stop the sending, please press the ""Reject"" button and provide the reason for rejection.)
Additionally, the approver can track the status of the file, including the post-approval receipt status.
