Thank you for always using Kozutumi.
We have been addressing the issue where Windows users may experience character corruption when decompressing ZIP files received through Kozutumi.
We have now added a link to the help page that explains how to decompress files without character corruption in a Windows environment. This link will be displayed on the screen where ZIP files are downloaded. With this update, if character corruption occurs, users will be directly guided to the relevant help page, eliminating the need for additional support.
In the Windows environment, where decompression software that does not support Unicode-ZIP is widely used, users are now asked if the received file has become garbled. If the user selects "The file was garbled," the corresponding help page will be displayed. Once a user clicks "It's fine, there was no garbling," they will not be asked again.
In the event that you receive a message from the recipient saying "I'm having trouble with character garbling," please share the following URL and advise them to use the standard decompression software of their OS.
