To upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, you can immediately upgrade your plan through the organization management function.
The plan name displayed in the plan of the organization management function is the plan currently contracted.
(Example: Free plan (Up to 5 users, 100MB monthly transmission))
If you want to upgrade to a paid plan, please select "Upgrade Plan".
You can use a credit card for any plan payment. Customers who wish to pay by invoice, please contact us from "Consultation on Introduction".
If you wish to upgrade your plan, you can choose the plan from the organization management, and by paying the difference with the current plan, the new plan will be applied. If you wish to downgrade your plan, the new plan will be applied after the paid period is completed.
The current contract is valid until the end of the billing period for which payment has been made. We do not support cancellation or refunds during the usage period.
When downgrading to a free plan, please change to a free plan from "Change Plan" in organization management.
Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade only yourself instead of all members of the organization. In order to upgrade an account created with an email address under an organization, you need to upgrade the plan used by the organization.
If a user is late in paying the usage fee, the user shall pay us a late damage fee at a rate of 14.6% per year. See: Terms of Use Article 6 (Fees and Payment Methods) https://app.kozutumi.com/tos
