In Kozutumi, to prevent garbling of characters between Mac and Windows, we ask users to download files in Unicode-ZIP format. However, we have confirmed that character corruption occurs when using older types of ZIP decompression software that do not support Unicode-ZIP.
Since the standard ZIP functionality of each operating system already supports Unicode-ZIP, please use that.
