We have received requests from customers considering Kozutumi, stating they would like to enforce a mandatory double-check for certain members before sending files via Kozutumi.
In response to these requests, we have updated our Approval Feature and added a new “Approval Required” functionality. Please note that this feature is available exclusively for our business plans, starting from the Starter Plan or higher.
Once the Approval Feature is enabled, you can set up mandatory approvals in the following screen:
How to enable the “Approval Required” feature:
Organization Management → User Management → “Change User Settings” for each user
When this flag is set to “On” in the user settings screen, it becomes mandatory to specify one or more approvers before sending a file. The file will be sent only after all designated approvers have completed the approval process. In addition, reminder emails will be sent to the approvers after a set amount of time.
