Unsupported file formats in Kozutumi

The following file formats cannot be sent using Kozutumi.

  • Password protected ZIP
  • Password protected PDF
  • 7zip with password
  • RAR with password
  • Other files with passwords

If you are sending a file, please send it in a format other than the above.

Kozutumi has chosen this method because password protected files cannot be scanned for viruses. Thank you for your understanding.
