# Sender Information Added to Guest Download One-Time URL Emails

Thank you for using **Kozutumi**.

We have updated the notification email that accompanies guest-download one-time URLs so that it now displays the **sender’s information (Kozutumi display name & email address)** as shown below.

### **Added item**

- **Sender:** *Display Name on Kozutumi* \<email address\>

### **Unchanged items**

- Expiration date
- Download link
- Reissue notice for the one-time URL

### **Final email format (sample)**

Expiration date: 2025/05/26 15:16:57https://app.kozutumi.com/guest/download_verify?xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxYou may access the download page from this URL only once.From the second access, please reissue the URL for download.
```

### **Expected benefits**

- **Greater transparency** – Recipients can quickly confirm who sent the file, reducing mistaken deletions and phishing concerns.
