If you cannot create an account

The following phenomenon may occur and you may not be able to complete creating a Kozutumi account in Google Chrome.

"Create a new account" > "Create a new account screen"

  • When I click "Send Verification Code", the verification code is not sent.
  • I try to proceed by entering my first and last name, display name, and password, but I get an error message saying there are fields not filled in and I can't proceed.

At this time, please check the following points:

  • Have you installed the Google Chrome extension "crxMouse Gesture"?

This issue may occur due to "crxMouse Gesture". If the Google Chrome extension "crxMouse Gesture" is installed, you can create an account normally by pausing or uninstalling it.
