If you have paid for a Kozutumi paid plan and wish to cancel, you will need to follow the steps below to change from a paid plan to a free plan

1. Log in to Kozutumi
2. Click on "Account Name" in the top right corner → Organization Management → Organization Information → Go to "Change Plan" under Plan and display the following screen.
3. Click "Choose a plan" for the free plan on the far left, then click "Confirm plan change" on the bottom right to display the timing for changing to the free plan as shown below. If you would like to delete your Kozutumi account in addition to switching to the free plan, please delete your account by going to "Account Settings" → "Profile" → "Delete account" after switching to the free plan.
