# Announcement of the New "Address Book Feature" to Pre-register Recipients

Thank you for always using Kozutumi.

We have received requests from customers asking for an ""Address Book Feature"" to pre-register contact information for their business partners.

While Kozutumi already had an auto-complete function that displayed previously sent or received recipients during the recipient input, we are pleased to announce the addition of an ""Address Book Feature"" that allows you to register contacts even before sending or receiving files.

### How to Access the Address Book

First, click the ""︙"" button located in the red circle in the image below.

Next, click on ""Address Book"" as shown by the red line in the image below.

You will then see an address book like this:

In the address book, contacts that you have previously sent or received files from will be automatically registered. You can also manually add email addresses by clicking the ""Add Address"" button.

Please take advantage of the ""Address Book Feature"" in the following situations:

- When you want to register an address before sending or receiving files.
- When you want to assign a different name for a contact that will not be displayed in the auto-complete suggestions.
- When you want to remove an address from the suggested recipient list, etc.
