# Announcement of Guest One-Time URL Feature Improvement

Thank you for always using Kozutumi.

As a security measure for guest users, Kozutumi restricts operations from browsers other than the one that issued the one-time URL, preventing unauthorized downloads. However, we have identified the following issues based on various usage cases:

- The need to re-enter the email address, which creates additional work.
- Downloading is not possible when switching browsers.

To simplify the use of the guest user’s ""One-Time URL,"" we have revised the form's input fields, eliminating the need for re-entering the email address. This has made it easier for guest users to receive files more smoothly.

Furthermore, for users working on a different browser, we have introduced the ""Guest Code"" system, which allows secure file downloads. The guest code is automatically emailed only when needed.
