# About Service Security and Data Protection

Since 2005, Heartbeats Co., Ltd. has expanded with the growth of our customers' businesses while maintaining **the availability and robustness of many business systems**

. Now, in **the important file transfer platform Kozutumi that** we developed and provide, we are developing and operating the system with the utmost attention to **service security and data protection** in order to store our customers' important data .

**Service Security**

Specifically, we strive to maintain security levels through the following activities.  
Test Driven Development  
Continuous Integration  
Continuous Delivery  
Infrastructure as Code  
Vulnerability diagnosis by external security experts  
Regular pair programming  
Appropriate authority management and access management for staff

**Data Protection**

We also take the following measures to protect data sent and received through Kozutumi.  
・Communication path: encrypted communication by TLS  
・Storage area: FIPS140-2   compliant encrypted storage  
・Virus: virus inspection and automatic update of definition files  
・Proof of existence: Proof of existence using timestamp technology
